Terms of Service

Updated October 21, 2026

These terms cover the CardBrawler private alpha. Alpha access may be unstable, reset, suspended, or discontinued, and features may change without notice.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing the game, or using the website, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy describes how information is handled; agreeing to these Terms does not itself mean accepting optional analytics cookies. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location. The private alpha is not directed to children under 13, and a higher minimum age may apply where required by law.

2. Your account

Provide accurate registration information and an email address you control, protect your password, and notify the CardBrawler service operator if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts and access credentials may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

3. Alpha license

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the private-alpha client and services for testing and entertainment. The game, software, artwork, characters, rules, and service technology remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.

4. Acceptable conduct

You may not cheat, automate play in an unauthorized way, exploit defects, reverse engineer protected services except where law expressly permits, interfere with service operation, evade moderation, impersonate others, harass players, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access another user’s account or data.

5. Virtual items and testing data

Cards, packs, currency, rewards, progression, cosmetics, and other virtual items are licensed features, not property or legal tender. During the alpha they may be adjusted or reset for testing. Unless a purchase flow expressly states otherwise, alpha grants have no cash value and are not redeemable outside the service.

6. User communications

Lobby names, display names, chat, and similar submissions must follow these Terms. You grant the service the limited rights needed to transmit, moderate, and display those submissions as part of operating CardBrawler.

7. Third-party services

Optional features may connect to Discord, Google, Steam, payment providers, hosting providers, or other services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. CardBrawler is not endorsed by those providers merely because an integration is offered.

7A. Website analytics and cookie choices

The application records aggregate API request statistics for service administration. Cloudflare provides website delivery, security and analytics; see the Privacy Policy for details. You can review the site's .

8. Suspension and termination

The service operator may restrict or end access for security, suspected abuse, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or violation of these Terms. You may end an active session through account management. Account deletion support and retention handling will follow the process published for the alpha.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

The private alpha is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or preserve test data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from alpha participation. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the game and its business model develop. Material changes will be presented through the website, game, email, or alpha communication channel. Continuing after the stated effective date means accepting the revised Terms where permitted by law.

11. Contact and operator details

For the private alpha, use the support contact supplied with your invitation. The operator’s formal legal name, address, governing-law provision, billing/refund terms, and production support address must be added before any public commercial launch.
